Movie trivia, advanced level
Oct. 6th, 2006 08:48 amMy sister Peg wrote and emailed out this evil, mean, diabolical movie quiz. Even though I've seen all the movies involved, my answer for half the questions was, "Arrrgh, I should know this, I hate you!" See how you do. Answers to be posted tomorrow--or Google 'em if you can't wait.

Date: 2006-10-06 06:56 pm (UTC)Funny given your "Sir Charles Phantom" LJ title that #11 didn't ring a bell. Mind you, I didn't get it either; but it is from the original Pink Panther. The Princess and Sir Charles. Your LJ might refer to the recent version, though, which I haven't seen and thus can't compare against the original for similar lines.

Did *it* see *you*?
Date: 2006-10-07 05:57 am (UTC)And I don't know what it says on the side of Mongo's ox, but I just watched Blazing Saddles for the first time, and omg the slash. I mean, it's everywhere. To the point where the moviemakers have noticed it themselves. Admittedly Gene Wilder has the Midas Touch with slashiness, but even so? He and the Sheriff. Are so married. OMG.

We should create an equally difficult quiz with which to torment your sister!

Date: 2006-10-12 08:24 pm (UTC)The Transylvanian Lullabye is a lovely little piece. If you didn't know the film, you'd wonder why it made people giggle. :)
