I'm rarely one to veer into "Eee! Ook at ee cute widdle babeee!" territory. I don't fawn over the preciousness of fuzzy booties, or tell people their infant is "Oh just DARLING!" when in truth they look like small versions of Winston Churchill (as my sister has pointed out most babies do).

However, when Steve reminded me last night of the existence of those star-shaped baby costumes, I got quite delighted. Those are both cute and hilarious, which means I can endorse them. Plus, stars, you know. Astronomy. That's fairly cool.

Hee! Those really are cute. I saw a baby sweet-pea-pod costume this Halloween. I think I might have blacked out in a diabetic coma for a second.

Oh yes - I think I've seen those. Very cute! So are the tiger-cub and piglet onesies. There's a lot of fun to be had in stuffing your children into silly outfits before they're old enough to know what you're doing.

in that vein I feel compelled to share this. Being the obsessed owners we are, a woman in our XTerra club made this for one of the founders and his wife when they had their first baby a few years ago, it has been passed on since :)

I always found it amusing to say the least. :D

Haha! Whoa. They ought to write to Nissan with those photos...they might be offered some good cash to show up in advertising material!

They'll make great tree ornaments...

And that is one inspired mix of quotes and photo for an icon. :)

It occurred to me with Turniphead on last night's "Lost," for instance. ;)

heh. I'm all for silly baby outfits. Which is weird, because I'm all against the designer clothing for babies. Or maybe it makes sense.

I think that makes sense. It's about taking oneself too seriously, or not. :) (Also, designer clothes cost too much for outfits they'll outgrow in a matter of months.)
