I only do this because today's view was so seasonally unusual. Winter came gallumphing back into Seattle for the morning, leading us all to say, "Uh...???"

(Front walk.)

(Side deck. The white on the tree is actually blossoms, not snow.)

Yes, the photos are only visible to registered LJ users. Sorry. On the bright side, you're not missing much.

Must be global warming.

Same here in Upstate NY. 3 inches of very, very wet snow.

On the plus side, a lot of it melted during the day.

I can't see the pictures, even though I'm logged in and everything... :(

EDIT: Never mind, now I can. For some reason, I get logged out of pics.livejournal.com pretty much every day, but not LJ itself. Is very confusing, and I have no idea why. Anyone else have this problem?

Pretty. The side deck view is evocative of Japan for some reason.

I didn't realize you lived in Seattle! I've been there many times. Lovely pics; sorry about the snow. :)

Another of my Seattle friends just posted in her LJ about this. The entry, in it's entirety, reads "SNOW?" Heh.

Lovely view, if extremely weird for the time of year. *dances in the snow*

Right. Hope nobody sledded into the lake at your place...

Upstate NY does weather much more dramatically than we ever will. 3 inches would be big news here! In any case, yeah, ours melted within the hour too. But then it did it again last night. And now it's melted again. Hopefully that's the end of it until November.

Ah, technical difficulties. Fun. I don't think this has happened to me, but I haven't paid much attention.

Probably the plum blossoms--they seem big on cherry and plum blossoms in Japan. :)

Yep, my beloved adopted wet city. :) It's all right; the snow's actually pretty to watch. But I wouldn't mind some warmer weather eventually here.

Hehe--yeah, it is weird, though I guess a few flurries in March is not unheard of. This *late* in March, though, especially considering it's snowed pretty much every month since November, well, that makes us wonder if we got transferred to Montana or what exactly.
