Amazon is always being helpful. Anything I even look at (much less buy) they'll be there trying to be helpful.

Still Amazon is the only place I really shop at for books or cds. Some electronics too. They try to be helpful, but the public loves it. One of the few dot coms that made it.

I do like seeing what they recommend, sometimes. They get it right on occasion.
